*We are on the look out for a sales manager to play a key role in our growing business.

This role will include:<\/p>\n

– Maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and renters.
\n– Build a network of real estate professionals.
\n– Create and manage property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and other relevant details to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
\n– Conduct market research to identify potential buyers or renters.
\n– Arrange property viewings for clients<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
\n– Experience in the property industry is preferred
\n– Effective sales techniques
\n– A deep understanding of the local real estate market
\n– Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
\n– The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
\n– Spoken and written in Chinese is required.<\/p>\n
