This role will include:
– Maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and renters.
– Build a network of real estate professionals.
– Create and manage property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and other relevant details to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
– Conduct market research to identify potential buyers or renters.
– Arrange property viewings for clients
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
– Experience in the property industry is preferred
– Effective sales techniques
– A deep understanding of the local real estate market
– Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
– The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
– Spoken and written in Chinese is required.
